After an year, in my WP extension application I forgot to mention experience gained during the processing of first WP, it falls under STEM. Can I use that in PR.

Kindly advise me on my situation please: I was in Canada until Sep 2023 on a work permit, and I received Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal email from IRCC on 10th October. Now in India without a valid visa, I can't complete the Virtual Landing. Despite raising webforms, I haven't received a PR Visa Request Letter in almost a month. What should I do: 1) Keep waiting for the PR visa request letter, which might take more months. 2) Apply for a visitor visa, go to Canada, and complete the COPR process at any Canadian airport. 3) Am i eligible to apply for PRTD?
